I am writing to thank you for the service your company has provided to me and members of my family. When my husband and I were acquiring estimates because of a termite infestation in our home, I called you because your company performs pest control for the school district in which I work.
Brian Kabell, one of your service managers, is in my office once a month for our regular maintenance. We are all very impressed with his professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that laymen can understand. When I talked to him about the problem at my home, he gave me very good advice and answered all of my questions. We ultimately, and regretfully, decided to hire a slightly less expensive company, and have been sorry almost from the very beginning. We realized too late that price is not the best indicator of service. We will not make that mistake again.
Your company has provided quality service; your employees are responsible, respectful, very neat in appearance and very impressive in their knowledge of the industry.
